Shred Doc
offers 3 services - Large purge clean-ups, on-going maintenance &
off-site shredding. In each of these cases there is no
need to remove any staples, rubber bands, clips folders, etc.
Upon completion of each shred you will receive a Document of
Destruction, which will state the exact date, place, time and
poundage destroyed. This document is for HIPAA and FACTA
compliance purposes and is also for your recycling records as
Shred-Doc immediately removes all shredded paper to a recycler.

Maintenance :
For all of
the daily documents that much be shred before disposal you have
the option of three containers that are locked for security.
These containers are given to you FREE of charge for as long as
you use our services. Shred-Doc will then come on an
"on-demand" basis. That means you call when the container
is full and we will come shred its contents on-site. We
understand that some weeks and months are busier then others.
This is why we do not lock you into a set pickup schedule.
However, if a more regularly scheduled (i.e., weekly, monthly)
pick up is more convenient, that can also be arranged. Let
Shred-Doc keep you and your customer's safe, secure, and give
your busy staff one less thing to do!!

Off Site
Destruction:
Shred Doc
comes to your place of business and loads all documents to be
destroyed into our truck. We then shred all documents at
out facility the same day. Upon completion you will
receive a document of destruction. There is a poundage
requirement for this service.

Off site
locations for drop off:
This
service was started out of demand that individuals
(non-business) have for secure shredding of their personal
information. Individuals who need help confidentially
destroying their bank statements, medical reports, credit card
bills, utility bills, etc can bring these documents to one of
our two drop of locations, call for these locations.
Your
documents will be weighed at the store and placed in one of our
LOCKED and secured containers. Shred-Doc will then come to these
locations and shred the contents on-site. The individual
store is given a Document of Destruction for the total poundage
destroyed.
Free Shred
Days:
Look for
the SHRED-DOC CO. Community service events on this website or on
TV. These events are held twice a year in different locations
and are for individuals to come and get their documents shred
FREE of charge!! Shred-Doc co. performs this service for the
community as a way to educate and help individuals protect
themselves from identity theft.
